ADDOP

A PTFE Lined Pump is a chemical-resistant pump where the internal surfaces (casing, impeller, back plate) are fully lined with PTFE (Teflon).

These pumps are used for highly corrosive, acidic, toxic, or hazardous liquids that cannot be handled by metal pumps.

Features :

Type: AODD stands for Air Operated Double Diaphragm pump. These pumps are powered by compressed air and are commonly used for transferring various types of fluids, including abrasive, viscous, and shear-sensitive liquids.

TFE-lined pumps come in standard chemical pump sizes: Typical Size Range
Inlet/Outlet Sizes:
25 mm (1 inch)
40 mm (1.5 inch)
50 mm (2 inch)
65 mm (2.5 inch)
80 mm (3 inch)
100 mm (4 inch)
Flow Size
Small pumps → 5 m³/hr
Medium → 10–50 m³/hr
Large → 50–150 m³/hr

Construction:Working Principle PTFE lined pumps are centrifugal chemical pumps with all internal surfaces coated with PTFE to protect from corrosion.
Key Construction Features
PTFE lined casing
PTFE or PFA impeller
Heavy-duty ductile iron/steel outer body
Mechanical seal designed for corrosive liquids
Back pull-out design for easy maintenance
Corrosion-proof wetted parts
